The Bristol Modern Conflict Archaeology team is pleased to announce that it will be holding its 5th annual Modern Conflict Archaeology Conference at Bristol University on Saturday 19th October 2013.

The conference was started to open up the research of modern conflict across the globe. We pride ourselves in our multi-disciplinary approach and welcome papers from all academic areas from archaeology and anthropology to literature and military history. The conference is free to attend and is open to anyone interested in the study of modern conflict.
